Whole wheat flour, water, vital wheat gluten, high fructose corn syrup, yeast, contains 2% or less of each of the following: soybean oil, salt, honey, diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono-diglycerides (datem), monoglycerides, calcium sulfate, ascorbic acid, enzymes (contains wheat), tricalcium phosphate, soy lecithin, mineral oil, potassium bromate, preservatives (calcium propionate, propionic acid, phosphoric acid).
