Ozark Hearth Potato Bread

Enriched unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, ferrous sulfate, niacin, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), water, sugar, vital wheat gluten, soybean oil, contains 2% or less of each of the follwing: yeast, dehydrated potaoes, mono and diglycerides, salt, diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono-diglycerides (datem), white distilled vinegar, monoglycerides, enzymes (contains wheat), turmeric (color), ascorbic acid, mineral oil, soy lecithin, preservative (calcium propionate).
